How TwClark Collects Personal Information
We collect your personal information when you become a customer, notify us
of any change or when you go to the secure "Account Manager" section
of our site and change your information.
At no time do we maintain information, like e-mail addresses, from pages on our
site that require personal information to function properly.
With Whom We May Share Information
TwClark will not share your information with any third party.

By purchasing our services, you obtain the protections of
the data processing practices described in this Privacy Statement. When you
purchase our services, you also represent to us that you have provided
notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose

Employee Accountability
Only those TwClark employees that have a legitimate business purpose
for accessing and handling personal information obtained by us are given
authorization to do so. The unauthorized access or use of such information
by a TwClark employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for
disciplinary action.
