Once your website is complete and on the Web it must be supported during its
lifecycle. Additions, modifications, deletions, along with redesign, are an on-going task that keeps
your website current.
In addition to The Help Desk we offer unlimited support via our W.O.C. Website Class, which
guarantees your website is always up-to-date. Rates are less than $20 per hour.
W.O.C. Class III-DX Member
Legacy plans that expired in 2007 were not renewed; however, they will be honored on a
month-to-month prepaid basis. 50% of the available hours must be used per month. Beginning 2009
100% of the available hours must be used each month.
Available for hosting and email issues concerning TWClark’s servers only. We'll consult with you over the phone to
resolve your problem at no charge.
Ad-Hoc by the hour support is not available. Support now requires a W.O.C. Membership.
