 Tom Clark (Vietnam Vet 1966-1967 & 1968-1969)
founded TwClark to help companies increase their
productivity and profitability through investing quality resources to understand
their IT and Web Engineering requirements and then delivering an integrated solution
that leverages their existing resources to provide a measurable Return on
Investment. He specializes in Individualized Managed Service.
From 1979 to 1992 Tom worked in various IT development and management positions
for NCR, Financial Federal Savings & Loan and Internet-Aid. During that
time he designed and wrote the software encryption routine for the first ATM
installed in the State of Florida, developed C-Banker a bank Platform Automation
application and wrote and hosted a weekly Internet talk radio show.
Since 1992, Tom has successfully implemented IT, Internet and Intranet
programs with exceptional results. He is a recognized expert that recognizes the
challenges you face in today's competitive global environment. He takes total
responsibility for your IT, Internet and Intranet requirements, allowing you to
focus on your businesses' organization and strategy development.
In 1996 he moved to Sugar Land, TX and was instrumental in the successful development
of Internet and Intranet applications for Oceaneering International, Brown & Root,
Federal Industrial Products and Compaq.
Tom is a Certified Data Processor and completed the Dynamics of Motivational Management
program with SMI and has served as IT and Programming Manager, Web Engineer and Developer
in different firms.
